i assume you configured DHCP SERVER, and not DHCP RELAY,

did you verify that the problematic dhcp req actually arriving to the GW through the correct vlan with tcpdump on the vlan interface?

Hi,

Today i faced problem in DHCP config (new deployment) in checkpoint Firewall (cluster mode). I configured DHCP for multiple VLAN - say. 2 , 3 ,4. from gaia portal. But the user under vlan-2 , when ip request, randomly get IP from others vlan also (from others VLAN DHCP service). Means DHCP server services not being segregated according to VLAN. Is there any solution on it ?

Have 2 gateway servers and under ClusterXL. Both gateway server has same DHCP configuration.

Parallely, i also want to know if there any option to configure DHCP service from managemenrt server / smartConsole / cluster , so that i do not have to config DHCP separately in each gateway server.

Thanks,

Faisal

DHCP is global, though I believe you can scope it to specific interfaces/VLANs.
Version/JHF and precise configuration used would help quite a bit here.
