Maybe someone from CP can confirm this, but since I had few customers ask, any idea if this tool will be available again at some point?

AFAIK, no plans to resurrect it. All the info you need is already in the Upgrade Guides, and also in the CPUSE package lists.

We do want our customers and partners to use admin guides, you know 🙂
