Hi all:

A few hours ago we upgraded Security Management Server from R81 to R81.20 Take 26. Everything went fine. This SMS manages 5 standalone gateways (AV analysis). After the upgrade, all gateways seem to have expired their Firewall and AV license (the time is correct in all the machines).

Output of cplic print from a gateway shows nothing:

[Expert@Gateway:0]# cplic print -x
Host Expiration Signature Features

[Expert@Gateway:0]#

But the contract seems to be valid till 31th march:

[Expert@Gateway:0]# cpstat antimalware -f subscription_status

Anti-Bot subscription status: expired
Anti-Bot subscription expiration date: Sun Mar 31 00:00:00 2024
Anti-Bot subscription description: Contract is expired.
Anti-Virus subscription status: expired
Anti-Virus subscription expiration date: Sun Mar 31 00:00:00 2024
Anti-Virus subscription description: Contract is expired.

We understand the SMS upgrade isn't related but its very weird these licenses errors show up just after the upgrade.

Any idea?

Thanks a lot

Check the status of your subscription and apply a new contract file, if you your subscriptions are up to date.

Not sure if this would help, but you can try update the contracts from smart update. I attached the doc with screenshots. If not, maybe call Account services and they can verify. Alternatively, you can run contract_util mgmt from expert mode of mgmt server.

Thanks for your answers. There was a problem with the credentials account. It showed up after upgrading the SMS, now it's fixed.

Regards
