DoH Object Missing on 81.20 Gateway

Hello,

Would anyone be able to provide assistance with finding how to add the DoH app to my R81.20 security gateway. According to sk165873, the object had been missing in versions previous to R81 but should visible in R81 and onward.

Is there another known fix other than the SK mentioned above or should I be reaching out to support for this?

Hi, I see on my R81.20. Did you search for it directly using the string DoH?

Was the Management Server an upgrade from R80.40 where the issue happened originally?

Management server is currently on 81.20. We upgraded from 81.10 and I've only tried to add this object on 81.20. I've attached a screenshot of the DoH search.

Try updating the Application Control database [SmartConsole > Security Policies > Access Control > Access Tools > Updates].

Also consider using offline update:

If it does not help consider opening an SR with TAC.

Online and offline update did not work. Offline update said I had latest version of updates. I'll open an SR with TAC.
