Mobile Access Portal OTP web page issue

Hello for all experts!

Environments

GW - R80.40 Jumbo Hotfix Take 198

MGMT - R81.10 Jumbo Hotfix Take 129

We are facing issue with Mobile Portal OTP web page. We have error message "This site can’t be reached" for our GW Mobile Portal URL https://< here_OUR_GW_public_ip >/sslvpn/Login/MultiChallenge?params=YkxhdW5jaFNXUz0wfHxzbnhfcmVsb2dpbj0w

We are trying to setup SMS OTP Checkpoint gateway feature, users are able successfully login to the Mobile Portal without OTP but when we are turn on OTP something goes wrong.

We have migrated from GW R77.30 to R80.40 and current configuration worked well for R77.30.

File $CPAPACHEDIR/conf/cp-httpd.conf looks good. Portal restart has been done without effect.

Any suggestions?

Hey @Glenmark_Impex ,

Not saying this would fix it, but worth giving it a go. Might be also worth doing remote with TAC, see if quick remote will help.
