identity agent download problem

Hi All,

i want to download identity terminal agent but i can not see the .exe file

i try to install from https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk134312 Check_Point_Identity_Agent_Terminal_Server.exe

I got as a note:

Missing software subscription to download this file

Do you have any idea, how can i download this agent?

You need valid subscription to download such files. Maybe check who in your company has the proper account, so they can get it for you.

i do not think so, i ll check
i also try to get from security gateway, do you have any idea why i can not download it with this method?

I dont believe you can. From the smart console, it only gives option to download IC (collector), NOT the agent.

Are you trying to reach it from a network that is allowed by the policy / accessibility settings?

Regardless you probably want the most recent version with fixes / enhancements...

As the message says, you need a valid software subscription associated with your UserCenter account. If your personal account does not have one, please check with your colleagues and ask them to help.

There is no (legal) way around this requirement.
