Unable add or remove route for VSX inside SmartConsole (ADD and REMOVE button grey out)

Hi All,

I found out that the "ADD" and "REMOVE" button of route option are greyed out under the VSX object's Gateway Properties. Did anyone know about this issue? Currently only one VSX gateway have this issue and the other VSX don't have.

Hope someone can help on this

Is this SMS or Multi-domain and which version and permissions do you have?

Justin,

Looks like you are in Read Only mode for SmartConsole. You also cannot edit or add interfaces.

Or is the VS object / VSX Gateway object locked by another administrator?

Yes, just noticed that the user is locked out from editing the object while other administrator is editing at the same time
