Problems to update R81 - R81.20 in CLuster HA VSX Mode

I have this problem when I want to run the 'installer upgrade' command. The previous command 'Installer verify' does not give any problem but when I try to run the 'installer upgrade' I have the problem shown in the image.

'Verify Install of package Check_Point_R81.20_T631_Fresh_Install_and_Upgrade-tgz failed'

What steps preceded this, have you verified that the DA is up to date and that there is sufficient space available on the system?

Contacting TAC as the message suggest is most likely the fastest route to resolution without additional information.

Thats odd, because if you say verify works, thats contradictory to what it shows on the screenshot you posted. As Chris said, if you do remote with TAC, they can probably see the issue faster.

is MD5 valid for that package?

Check the free space is good practise

Try 'installer upgrade [tab]' and select the package ID number from the list after you've imported it.
