Does anyone know in detail about SVC and PVC?

When I failed-over the customer firewall today, all PVC connections were disconnected.

I believe this is a limitation of the PVC method or a network issue rather than a checkpoint issue.

However, I am having difficulty complaining of unfairness because I do not know exactly the packet logic of the PVC method.

I would appreciate it if you are experiencing the same pain as me due to PVC communication or if you can let me know about the packet logic.

I highly doubt as you already stated that PVC would have anything to do with CP firewall or any other firewall actually. However, maybe get an official TAC answer to be sure.

Are you talking about remote access VPN or something else? Is it about ATC connectivity? With RAS VPN tunnels?
