we are using checkpoint 5000 hardware appliance in HA clusters mode Os R80.30. but currenlty we are facing performance issue for some serivces. some critical servicse are highly impacted due to this firrewall. is there any way that can we idenitfy where the drop comes for certain destinatioin servers. like how much connection is dropped for that server for a given range of time or specific time.

Drops won't necessarily be indicative of where the problem is.
Please provide the output of the Super Seven commands: https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/Scripts/S7PAC-Super-Seven-Performance-Assessment-Commands/m-p/40528#M703
This should give us a good overview of the situation and where to focus the troubleshooting efforts.
