Hi There,
I have a new CheckPoint 7000 appliance and I don't have the full order details.
I wish to check from CLI whether this new appliance can support HTML5?

According to https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk175086 it can, see https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Appliances/LOM_HTML5_Card_AdminGuide/Content/Topics-LOM-HTML5-Card-AG/Introduction.htm - if it is at least a Plus model. Look for available 10 GbE in Expansion slot or memory 32MB ! A LOM port is always present...

The 7000 can support this LOM type.

What does "show asset lom-info" or "show lom" & "show lom type" report?

This FW is Java-Based LOM, when they were purchased? can you send me offline Serial Number of the unit?

As for the show lom it's available only in R81.20 and above.

Per sk175086 HTML5 LOMs should report version 6.XX

If you share your details with @Dolev we can confirm further alternately you may wish to discuss the replacement/upgrade options for the LOM card with your local SE.
