Move VSX Cluster between Management Server

Hi There,

I'm trying to move a VSX Cluster from one management sever to another. While create the new cluster in the new management server I'm getting an error as below:

Error: Cannot install VSX Security Cluster.
FW_GW_1 is not a clean installation

I have tried 'fw unloadlocal' and 'set vsx off' followed by 'set vsx on' but the error still persist.
