      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an issues that is I can't hear voice when I call Microsoft team to cisco phone (there is sip, cucm server) through to firewall. Do you have any solutions or similar case. I got microsoft team requested some changes that is disable to SIP ALG. I already disabled and updated latest hot fix version in check point (HOTFIX_R81_10_JUMBO_HF_MAIN Take: 110).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My issue is following as;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Cisco Phone to Cisco Phone - OK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Cisco phone to Microsoft team - OK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Miscrosoft Team to Cisco Phone - can reachable , ringing and pick up but can't hear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please any solutions and suggestions help for me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kyi Thu Aung&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="mailto:kyithuaung007@gmail.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;kyithuaung007@gmail.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What can you see in the logs - are packets from that VoIP traffic dropped and for which reason ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Contact TAC for debugs - hard to find the reason if there are no drops in Logs...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
