In smar view, permanent tunnel showing down but we are able to send and receive the traffic

We created the site to site vpn between checkpoint to checkpoint.

We created the vpn community and set as permanent tunnel.

After that we have verified the traffic

The traffic is generated and packets also encrypted and decrypted

But in smart view, the permanent tunnel showing down

Can you please anyone help me out the issue.

We had same issue with customer last year and TAC told us issue was fixed in later jumbo. I think they were on R81.10 jumbo 50 something back then.

This is the sk, but lady said it would also apply if tunnel shows as down (though we never really confirmed that 100%)
