Identity Agent R81.041 need repair connection many times a day

I have a stange problem in the last few months with CheckPoint Identiy Agent installed in Windows2016 server

the agent works well for 2 or 3 hours, then it stop working ramdomly (so it seems to me)

the agent is in CONNECTED mode

when i push REPAIR CONNECTION it start working againt (see the attachment)

i have updated the agent to the R81.041 release but nothing has changed

do you have any suggestions?

Have you tried reinstalling it? Does it happen only on that one machine?

yes. i tried to reinstall twice

it happen in all servers

i have create a scheduled job every hour stopping and restarting the service, but is not a good work-around

net stop madservice
rem ping 127.0.0.1 -n 2 -w 1000
net start madservice

I would contact TAC to see what they say. Its possible they may suggest some debugs to run.
