    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do not know when and why, but noticed one of the cluster member in red status on smart console. It is still working as active gateway and did not see any problem. Is there any way to find the root cause of this issue? We cannot find any information in monitor screen. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Generally the same screen you have shown will provide a hint but in other rare occasions the Management needs a reboot to clear the cosmetic issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Depending on JHF levels maybe combine with your schedule maintenance?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Every time I had this issue, I found reboot of the mgmt server is best way to fix it. Sometimes, installing database works or pushing the policy, but if not, reboot is your best bet. Its purely cosmetic.&lt;/P&gt;
