I'm trying to download the Gaia 81.10 image, but it's showing the message below, it's been a few days. could someone help me?

Download R81.10 directly from: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk170416
If you are getting 404 errors, it is likely because you do not have a Software Subscription associated with your account.
Contact your local Check Point office for further assistance if this occurs.

I really believe this is something on CP side thats the issue. I have full access and get exact same error you see.

The tool is discontinued. I am checking with the relevant team if there are any plans to replace it with something else.

The upgrade path is described in the Installation and Upgrade guide for your target version, as well as in the Release Notes.
