Hi Checkmates,

correct me if im wrong, 6700-Plus by default have 2 VS, right? so is it cover VS0 + VS1 only or will have VS0 + 2 VS (1,2)?

and is it possible to use VS0 for example as Perimeter and VS1 as DMZ?

Physical appliance license includes two VSs: VS0 and VS1.

VS0 is for the physical environment. Although you can use it for one of your production entities, it is better to add a small VS bundle to the appliance, less hustle, and all VSs will be identical in terms of the capabilities and management processes.

VS0 and VS1 only.
While it is not common to use VS0 for passing regular traffic directly, I believe this is supported.

It's definitely supported. Somebody changed some requirements on me after budget commitments had been made and licenses had been ordered. To deal with the new requirements, I ended up building VS0, a switch (consumes a VSID, but does not consume a license slot), and VS2.
