      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im having an issuse connecting to mab portal with new local created users (old users connect successfully)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in securemote connecting with new local users is ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;message in log "failed log in" , reason "unknown user"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in user web portal i get "Access denied -wrong user name or password".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cant find the misconfiguration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone encounter ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the users have the same groups&amp;nbsp; and created with the same templates&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cp&amp;nbsp; version is r81 in cluster&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;whenever i tried to connect there were no logs in the vpdn.elg file for the user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i dont know how and why after basic restart to the active cp everything returned back to normal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;on the secondary it didnt fail. connection was successful on the portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when i failover back to the primary after restart , worked fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, there's not a lot we can do to find what happened if a reboot resolved the issue.&lt;BR /&gt;I recommend a TAC case if this happens again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
