      <description>&lt;P&gt;First, I would verify SIC works on the fw object in smart console. If yes, that means communication is there with the mgmt server. That would logically lead me to conclude its something sms related, so you might as well reboot the management server, as it does not cause any downtime.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;IF, however, there is an issue with SIC on the firewall, you need to figure out why...does ping work, where does traceroute fail? What does tcpdump show, is routing in place etc...&lt;/P&gt;
