hi team,

I Would like to clear with some doubts on cpu high ,

what are the possibilities to cpu high on SG and SMS ?

what are the commands to verify ?

most of the time if customer use low (not supported GAIA os and oldest JHF ) we need to upgrade the appliance is this correct ?

what is the min and max utilization percentage ?

Again same story with the threat you posted. There are multiple factors depends on CPU utilization.

Heavy traffic/appliance not properly sized/Heavy connections/Lots of blades activated and lack of resources. Majority of the connections are going through F2F path; not properly fine tuned rules. As I see there are multiple factors and its difficult to tell exact cause behind high CPU utilization. Follow article top 7 commands to troubleshoot CP performance.
