Dear Team,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

regarding the license I have been with support they have validated that the licenses are attached via the CLI and because of this there are no license errors reflected in the Smart Console. Once the license is applied on the CLI, it never needs to be added again.

Thanks for your urgent assistance.

Kind regards,

Fahd

sk138093 is pretty clear on this issue.

If you are in contact with support already I would suggest continuing the investigation with them or account services as needed.

We will otherwise need the information requested and screenshots of the cluster messages that aren't truncated in order to help.

Very rarely when standing up multiple lab workstations for my regular training classes, one of the lab gateways will do this even though the exact same license is successfully applied on all of them via the same technique, and they are all cut from the same base workstation image. It never happens often enough to take the effort to reproduce it, and a reboot of the gateway always fixes it.

Usually even if you apply any sort of license via command line (eval or not), it would always reflect in smart update, but just to be sure, you can run get licenses when right clicking on the object in smart update via dashboard. Now, as guys asked, if you could provide us with cplic print output, it would help.
