I'm facing the issue with identity collector's identity collector configuration. I cannot fetch automatically AD directory.

Please check the error message as the attached.

DNS does not seem to work on your IC machine

There was recent post about similar issue and turned out to be related to windows firewall...can you turn it off and test again? Though, @_Val_ brings up a good point, based on your screenshot, DNS seems to be having issues on IC machine.
