      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can’t use clish commands at an expert prompt.&lt;BR /&gt;Type “clish” to get into clish first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you simply switch into CLISH or did you change the users default shell?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For WinSCP access the default shell needs to be /bin/bash so some prefer a dedicated user for this access method.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How precisely are you setting the password?&lt;BR /&gt;You can't do it from expert mode, it must be done via clish.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In any case, I hope you are taking a backup so you can upgrade to a supported release (R80.40 and above).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your truncated screenshot clearly indicates you've tried to change the password using the standard Linux command passwd.&lt;BR /&gt;That is not a clish command and is not a supported way to change a user's password.&lt;BR /&gt;The correct clish command is: set user myuser password&lt;BR /&gt;Or you can do it in the Gaia portal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
