our ha state is on, but one of the cluster member is down, and the current state of the synchronization is problem, we restart the ha state but is not work.

Run a cphaprob -a if on the Gateway and see if there are ClusterXL issues with a specific Interface / VLAN in the cluster.

hi, I had run this command on the "Down" member, and the result as below show, as we see ,the eth3 is the sync interface exactly.

Hi Sadad,

Tell me please, did this Cluster works before? Did you perform any changes, which can be related to the issue? Which version of GAIA do you use?

I suggest to chandge the mode to broadcast and check syncronization, please take a look at the sk20576.
