    <description>&lt;P&gt;Reviving this thread because I had the exact same issue today.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In my case the fix was simple - there was another firewall in front of the Check Points and that firewall was dropping traffic from the external interface of the Check Point.&amp;nbsp; As soon as we granted that access the Error 2 cleared up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the sk161533 and 166532 don't work, consider installing ongoing take 119 (addressed by PRJ-19856,&lt;BR /&gt;PMTR-61029), although I've always been led to believe that ongoing takes should only be installed unless advised by TAC to address a specific feature.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
