Isomorphic with R80.20 on 5800 Appliance

Hi Everyone,.

I tried to install R80.20 gateway image on 5800 box through USB. I am getting error missing operating system and box then boots up with R80.10 image. I created a bootable disk through isomorphic software ( Build 166). I choose unattended option.

Anyone faced this issue?

I tried with different USB and tested on 2 5800 box but got same error.

ISOmorphic does not work with all USB drives.

Have you used this drive in the past with earlier releases (say, R80.10).

Hi Daemon,

yes i installed r80.10 with same USB in past on 5800 box . Its 2.0 USB. Usb model - sandisk 8gb

Hi Dameon,

Issue solved now. I format the drive through Rufus tool. Previously isomorphic was formatting the drive.

Now i am able to install R80.20 on 5800 box.

Did you finally create a bootable USB drive with R80.20 image using Rufus or ISOmorphic utility?
