reverting from VSX mode

Hi,

We are using R80.20 on a15600.

I am trying to factory reset a Gateway so that I can start from the beginning of configuring VSX.

On the GUI on one gateway I get the message:

"Web UI is not supported in VSX mode. Please use Clish for OS configuration."

How do I revert from VSX mode so I can use the factory defaults function in the regular gateway GUI ?

From CLISH, try set vsx off

That should restore the WebUI

May we upgrade the VSX firmware we can use the GUI by disabling first the vsx?

Thank you very much for helping. I wonder how can i gathered snapshot and backup of the vsx to be sure incase theres an issue with the upgrade via smartconsole.?
