Status License on Smart View is N/A

Hi All,

I have some issue with a package NGTP license have a status on smart view is N/A.

what i have already checked:

- cplic print = license output until 2022-12-31 for all package NGTP.

- cpstat antimalware -f subcription_status = all product is supported until 2022-12-31.

- on smart update seems those gateway use central management license, and i test to download new contract from management with command contract_util mgmt but failed with this error. download from management result:failed to download contract information file from user center, please ty again in few minutes, if this problem persists, please contact check point customer account services.

for this issue i found sk163833, and try to add rule explicit but the result is still can't download new contract.

for log i see there is traffic FW1_CPRID from SMS>Security Gateway ( Nagapasa ) to Security Gateway ( Gandiwa ).

according this log, should i must make explicit rule for accept traffic from SG Nagapasa? or we still use implied rule.

FYI: user still use R80.10 with GA JHF Take 154 and 279

If the various CLI tools show you as being licensed, then this is an entirely cosmetic issue.
If this is still an issue after you upgrade to a supported release (R80.10 has been End of Support for a while now), then open a TAC case.
