We definitely need more details, at least basic ones...any relevant logs? Any drops on the firewall? what do captures show when pages are loading slowly? Does the issue go away if the firewall is bypassed?

HI!

I recently updated the jumbo hotfixes of my two Gateways from take 215 to 237 and my SmartConsole from take 77 to 139 and after the update different pages show me a timeout

What can be happening with checkpoint regarding the pages that are not accessible?

Greetings

It's a very broad symptom, perhaps best taken with TAC.

Is HTTPS inspection enabled and has the trusted CAs list been updated?

Is App Control operating in hold mode?

Currently the case is with the TAC but I don't know the solution and as a measure I wanted to ask if someone had gone through this situation.

HTTPS is active on my blades, trust lists are up to date.

I do not have active App Control, I do this from another content firewall.

TAC mentions Each packet had the SYN flag and the firewall never saw the SYNACK reply back from the server.

I have a sneaky suspicion that if you disabled https inspection, your issue may go away...

Where is the other firewall located relative to the check point, is it also attempting HTTPS inspection?
