    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have problem with VPN Mobile Access has a issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here the message error code:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;Check Point Mobile - Access denied. The format or content of your request has been detected as invalid or unsafe. (400)&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is happen after user login on the ssl portal, and then want access feature application Internet Banking, but this issue is appear.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;currently customer using R80.20 Take 101.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone face this issue? i already check on&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;sk165513 and i must disable web intelligence protection. but according&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&amp;amp;solutionid=sk44435" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;sk44435&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thats only recommended if i want troubleshooting more advance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here the following capture, i am sorry i can't share full screen because their privacy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dio Aditya Pradana&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Best bet is to get the TAC involved to help you troubleshoot this.&lt;BR /&gt;That said, R80.20 is near End of Support and you should probably upgrade to a more recent release.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
