    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you be more specific on what you meant by "&lt;SPAN&gt;synchronization of AD with CheckPoint has stopped working&lt;/SPAN&gt;"&amp;nbsp; (screenshot)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You no longer get AD groups per machine/user ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, check if for the LDAP objects the SSL Server Fingerprint has changed - see &lt;A href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/Management/Find-out-if-fingerprint-has-changed-on-LDAPS-server/td-p/90655" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or &lt;A href="https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/Security-Gateways/Microsoft-forces-LDAPS-march-2020-is-Check-Point-aware-of-this/td-p/73328" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(the recommendation is to leave that Fingerprint field empty - we did so)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tnx,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please tell me, synchronization of AD with CheckPoint has stopped working, while Identity Collector is configured, all checks pass, in which direction can I look to find the cause of the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
