Considering this was a rebuild, that does make sense. I rebooted our management server and that has cleared the symbol and it shows as normal now.

Appreciate the response.

Hi

I have a VSX cluster and I have had to rebuild one member. I have gone through all the reconfigure steps and the virtual system appears to be up and running. As shown, the status of all the blades is up and I can successfully push policy.

Everything appears to be fine except Smartconsole is display this red icon with the white arrow for one member only. What does it mean?

Thanks
Roy

It means that gateway is reachable and answering, but is untrusted as there is a problem with Secure Internal Communication (SIC).

I agree with Tim. You can verify the sic from all the members to see what status it shows.
