Checkpoint Identity collector - gateway certificate untrusted

Hi All

I have recently installed Checkpoint Smart identity collector and have a few gateways working.

I have noticed some work for a bit then stop, the errors I am seeing are

- gateway certificate untrusted

- refer to sk113021

I renew the vpn cert on the gateway, it works for a day then stops.

Any ideas guys?

Which version of IDC agent is used?

Are there any issues with time sync/NTP how is the communication with the CA?

I have no certs on the devices other than the self generated ones,

The version of Identity collector is 81.035.0000

A quick question about the gateways, should they all be using the same time zone or set them for whatever the timezone is per country ?

Per country timezone is fine as shouldn't present an issue if everything is Synced with NTP?
