If I'm understanding your question, some of the cookies generated by your internal application aren't propagated through Mobile Access Portal to the end client?
You might need the TAC to help troubleshoot this.

We published a portal that uses cookies through Mobile Access published an internal portal using hostname translation.
Cookies are used for operation and authorization, which for some reason do not appear in part when you click on the published link.
We configured Advanced Hostname Translation Settings Http cookie handing.
When we switch from On the gateway to On the endpoint machine some of the cookies show up but not all. We configured an exception in IPS, but it doesn't work. There's no blocking logs. Where else can we look?
