      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which type/model of appliance and is it centrally or locally managed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note some of the SMB appliances have an Advanced setting preventing pings with a large packet size.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Chris,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for responding and the tip is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our issue was found on the SP side which they finally managed to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
