Hello,

Can't remove nor create backup on R81 T51 security gateway in WebUI.

In messages:

What this means ?

Also, didn't we agree earlier that "black listed" is a big NO NO word nowadays? 😀

Do you have a TAC case open in parallel?

Are you using a specific account created for backups or an ordinary admin account?

No TAC case.... read bellow.

Ordinary admin account. "Backup on this appliance" option.

In the mean time, I upgraded to T56. Then I tried again and it worked. Might have been some temporary problem.
