Anti virus anti bot update fail

hi we have 2 cluster chekpoint 23800

passive node can update antibot and anti virus but active node cant update always say

Update failed. Gateway can not access internet

when we try connect this website by curl active node can connect but always we see failed update

anyone know how to fix that.

Most probably your Active cluster member cannot access Check Point update servers due to policy misconfiguration. Check connectivity and access the Check Point update servers (http://cws.checkpoint.com and http://updates.checkpoint.com)

If it does nor work, that's your issue. If it does, post here, we will look into something else.

we try active cluster member curl_cli this urls and dl3.checkpoint.com we can connect

curl_cli say success
