R81 snapshot problem

Hi,

I was doing snapshot on one of our R81 T44 gateways when something happened and the snapshot process was canceled.

Now when I try to start another snapshot it mourns that another backup is currently in execution.

I checked linux process table and there doesn't seem to be any backup task going on.

Is there any command I can run to clear the lock ?

Hi @HristoGrigorov

To clear the lock, try deleting the /tmp/.lock.backup_restore file
(rm /tmp/.lock.backup_restore).
