I'm getting an error when pushing policy

"Error: A Cluster (export_error_CpmiGatewayCluster) cannot be empty. It must have cluster members."

This is the first time I have seen this error. Anyone knows what could be the issue ? I have already checked, cluster members are healthy and SIC is working fine.

That looks like an object that was created by the python tool to export/import a policy package.
You will need to replace all occurrences of that object with the new cluster object you created.
