IPV6 stopped work for me after upgrading R81 to JHF23 I'm planning on uninstalling JHF23.

implied rules has been shaky with R81.

IPV6 is working better now, we went to a new ISP at the same time.

Incoming traffic is working fine now. I still can't ping6/https googleDNS outbound or even ping6 my external default gw, so I will update this post again.

This ended up being an issue with the ISP. Nothing to do with R81, JHF23, implied rules or clusterXL. They were filtering my ipv6 ip.
