Checkpoint 5400 does not boot up. cli is blank.

I had a checkpoint 5400 HA in a distributed setup with running very well until I one of the gateways became unresponsive, left the cluster and no interface IP's were reachable. I proceeded to reboot with my console cable in, and then I noticed 4 beeps at power-on and the console stays blank with only "Zf6" displaying.

I've tried booting from an emergendisk created from the working Gateway but nothing happens. The same 4 beeps and blank screen.

Any pointers to what the issue might be and how to resolve it?

Sounds like an RMA is required.
Engage with the TAC.

Yep, beeps with no console output normally indicates a Power On Self Test (POST) failure of some kind. Usually a memory problem but could be just about anything hardware-related. RMA time.
