topic Bridged Mode NAT in Firewall and Security Management

Hi all

Has anyone performed NAT on a Bridge Mode firewall?

Topology is:

Internet ISP Router <common [bridge mode firewall] subnet> Device with common IP.

Essentially, Our ISP public IP subnet is on the ISP routers and we also have a public facing VPN device with an IP in the same subnet. We'll put this device behind the Bridge Mode firewall. If we want the Bridge Mode firewall to NAT the address to an RFC1918 address, will this work?

I've read the following SK and it suggests it's possible, but as I am planning for a future deployment and don't have lab access I was seeing if anyone has done this?

https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk106146

Many thanks
