Hi All,

One of our clients (R80.40 JFA 89 - VSX) want to enable https inspection for App & UF on Guest WiFi. Once enabled, users will get a certificate warning as they will be guests.

Client did not want that error so I disabled https inspection and enabled categorization of https websites under blades.

Now most of the illegal sites are being blocked but with an anonymous error and the user check page from CheckPoint is not being displayed. afaik user check need https inspection to be enabled.

is there any other way we can display some sort of message to the client showing the page was blocked by CP

There’s no technical way to issue a redirect to the UserCheck page without HTTPS Inspection being enabled.
