For the default users admin and monitor, you can only change the Shell and Roles.
You cannot delete the default users admin and monitor. They are created by default.

You can search online for your version but I guess they look pretty the same.

Searching for "Gaia R80.30 administration guide" gives this: https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R80.30/WebAdminGuides/EN/CP_R80.30_Gaia_AdminGuide/html_frameset.htm

Under User management at left you will find what you are looking for.

The admin account must exist, among a handful of other accounts.
