    <description>&lt;P&gt;TAC could be able to fix the R77.30 database. If the upgrade verification did not show any issues this would be the way to proceed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Upgrading to R80.4 fails at the importing database level after the upgrade is done.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to upgrade my appliance from R77.3 to R80.4 but the process fails at 39% when importing the database, and I cannot log in with new smart console of R80.4 , whenever I log in from the new portal of R80.4, I get the message that &amp;nbsp;"the upgrade is still running . login to the status and action page to see the progress".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told that the database is corrupted and I need to reset the appliance to the default to fix the database, then re-upgrade it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can some one tell me if there is a short way to fix this, either to fix the corrupted database or how to reset and then re-upgrade the appliance again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im trying to avoid resetting and reconfiguring all the settings I had done before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for the assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you share the &lt;STRONG&gt;Upgrade Report&lt;/STRONG&gt;? It is located in the CPUSE page on the right. Press on the link to open the report.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also getting same issue for version upgrade from R80.10 to R80.40.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verifier says all good for upgrade and clean install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 Times I did try and failed at same point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;database import stuck at 46% for more than 48 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally i did roll back. I followed below mention steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1: check latest update from cpuse.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2: download the pkg.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3: click on verify --&amp;gt; good for clean install and upgrade&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4: click on upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5: process stopped at 46%.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am missing anything?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are 2 options:&amp;nbsp; find the image please and help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for responding....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For lab enviournment on evaluate license of 15 days there is no tac support....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got my mistakes anyways....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) From r80. 10 to r80. 40 JHF I was trying to install....&amp;nbsp; Without major version of&amp;nbsp; r80. 40 we cant go directly on jhf....&amp;nbsp; It seems like that....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) I did try r81. 10 directly....&amp;nbsp; Hence failed...&amp;nbsp; We have to follow upgrade path...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now issue got resolved....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was SMS server upgrade on same VM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its on esxi server for Lab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its r80.10 now I came to r81.10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for all your support.&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
