R80.40 TE1000X Image Problem

Hi,

Upgraded from R80.30 to R80.40.

After the upgrade I get the following message in Device & License Information regarding Threat Emulation

Error: Threat Emulation update failed, cannot download Hps Ready Image. Got empty list of available files from download center, and we expected to get files in this type of update.

Any one with the same issue?

Hi,

TEX appliances will be certified to be used with R80.40 in a matter of few weeks. Proper announcement will be made when it happens.

Why is this neither mentioned in sk160753: Check Point R80.40 Known Limitations nor in Download Details of Check Point R80.40 Gaia Fresh Install and upgrade, where we read: R80.40 is fully supported on all Check Point appliances.

@G_W_Albrecht That is a very good question!!! Since there where no info on the sk you mentioned I deployed the new version.. But....
