I downloaded the SandBlast extension for chrome, does the extendion do the following? (A or B)

option A:

1. first block the file, send the file url to checkpoint server

2. downloads the original file from the received url (download the file in the checkpoint server)

2. scan the file (at the checkpoint server)

3.when scan finished chrome download the clean file to user's computer from the checkpoint server

option B:

1. chrome downloads the original file (not clean) to user's computer

2. chrome extension sends the file to scan (from user's computer to checkpoint server)

3. chrome extension downloads the scanned file (from checkpoint server)

I am asking that because there some secured websites like banks that I can't belive that it will be possible to download the file from a remote server and not from user's browser
