Hi all

I use https inspection on CheckPoint GW , logs say traffic inspected but viber don't want connect

Always say not not connected to internet

How fix it ?

Would not use https inspection on Viber traffic - what about excluding it ?

Viber will not have the check point certificate in the root certificat store. Thus the connection to the viber server is not trusted for the app.

Use a https exception rule to bypass viber urls or viber server.

it's bad , I need inspect traffic use DLP
Https inspections normal work with browsers IE.Opera.Chrome .
