route based VPN between cluster and third party single device

Hi All

We have a requirement, where we have to deploy Route based VPN between Checkpoint Vsec cluster (Azure) and third party device.

In our end we have checkpoint cluster but peer end we have single device..

I am attaching a rough diagram

if you have any usecase or SK as per requirement please share the same.

The fact the remote end is a single box and a third party doesn't make a ton of difference in terms of configuration.
